“They’d either like the barrel selection process simplified by someone they can count on, or they like to get in there and make their own specific adjustments at a very technical level. We accommodate both approaches with barrels of the highest quality, and as we follow up with barrel service, we taste wine from our barrels with our customers, helping them make determinations for their next order.”
