Master Cooper Quinn Roberts
As a second-generation Master Cooper, Quinn Roberts is dedicated to maintaining the highest quality in every step of barrel production.
He and his team work closely with stave makers in France and the United States to ensure a consistent supply of the finest oak for Tonnellerie Ô.
He provides expertise and exceptional technical service, working hand-in-hand with winemakers to develop their own barrel profiles.
Quinn also works with our in-house Technical Services team to interpret laboratory analysis of wine for varieties of oak, toast levels, and much more – information we can pass on to you.

Alex Perez
Oak Manager
Alex was the second cooper ever hired by Tonnellerie Ô back in 2010. His expertise and love for his job are shown in his passion for learning. Alex was born in Michoacan, Mexico and moved to Orange County when he was just 9 years old. He now lives with his wife and two kids in Suisun City. You can find him traveling new places and cheering on Club America in soccer.
Avimael (Cano) Avina
Cooper
Cano has been with us since 2012. He was born and raised in Michoacan, Mexico where he developed a deep passion for soccer. You can always find him cheering on America and Barcelona. He lives with his family in Napa, California.
Mike Fry
Cooper
Mike started working in Tonnellerie Ô’s Cooperage Team in 2011 and enjoys the excitement of being challenged each day. He was born in Fairfield, CA and raised in Vacaville. He’s married with three young children. Mike loves spending time with his family and fishing.
Rodney Williams
Cooper
Rodney has been a part of our cooperage for 7 years as a Machine Operator. He looks forward to learning new things at work every day. Rodney was born in Oakland, CA and loves spending time with his three kids and three grandkids. He's also a big baseball fan and cheers on the Oakland A’s.

Sal, our Cooperage Foreman, has been with Tonnellerie Ô for 12 years and is passionate about “making the best barrels for the best wines.” He was born in Michoacan, Mexico and came to the USA when he was 13 years old. He has a wife and 2 beautiful children, one boy and one girl. Sal enjoys boxing and soccer.

Sergio has worked as a Cooper with Tonnellerie Ô since 2017. His dedication to his work is undeniable. He was born on a ranch in Michoacan, Mexico and loves soccer. He lives with his wife and kids and likes to hike in the mountains with them.
